Information we collect

Mortgage File IQ collects names and verified email addresses for guide delivery, account access, purchases, customer support, and service communications. We may also collect purchase records, product-access history, support communications, and information voluntarily submitted for a paid review. Our payment provider processes payment-card details; Mortgage File IQ does not store full card numbers.

Professional reviews

Documents submitted through secure intake are stored in restricted file storage and used to perform the requested service. Submit only necessary documents and redact Social Security numbers, full account numbers, passwords, and other unnecessary sensitive information whenever possible. The person submitting documents is responsible for having authority to provide them.

How we use information

We use information to verify email addresses, deliver resources, fulfill purchases, operate accounts, perform paid reviews, provide written results, prevent fraud, maintain security, and respond to support or cancellation requests. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Necessary information may be processed by our website host, secure-storage provider, email-delivery provider, payment processor, chatbot provider, and other vendors needed to operate the service. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations.

Public chat and external communication

Do not send Social Security numbers, account credentials, full account numbers, or loan documents through the public chatbot, ordinary email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or other social media. Use secure customer intake for paid file documents. External communication platforms process information under their own privacy policies.

Retention, access, correction, and deletion

We retain information as reasonably needed to deliver services, maintain purchase and licensing records, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@mortgagefileiq.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or contractual purposes.
